As the photographer I own the rights to the images, but you own a license to use them for fair use. This excludes selling, distributing as though they were your own work, using them for commercial use such as advertising, or placing them in publications without my approval.
I am entitled to use my work for advertising and marketing purposes, to enter competitions, or to display in exhibitions. Should you wish to purchase the sole rights to your images (which would allow you to use them for commercial purposes and would prevent me from displaying them on my site or for marketing purposes), please let me know and we can work out a fair price.
Nope. Simply, editing is such a integral part of image making that I won’t let a photo go out in the world without an edit - my reputation is on the line.
Nope, sorry. Again this is about my reputation. However, there may be circumstances where this is negotiable, such as if you wanted to add a colour tone to the images for your branding, but please discuss this with me before the shoot.

If you’d like to reschedule your booking, please give me 48 hours notice. You will be able to reschedule your booking once for free. If you need to reschedule a second time, I will charge a £100 rescheduling charge. If you cancel within 48hrs, the session fee is non-refundable.
